Telephones will be answered by a human being within two to three rings. Should it become necessary for the caller to be placed on hold, the hold should not last more than 1 minute.

Telephone messages are promptly returned, usually within minutes but always within 24 hours.

Emails are answered promptly.

You will always be able to communicate with caring and knowledgeable staff members who can help you with all of your questions and concerns. If we don’t know the answer, we will find it for you.

Aircraft “squawks” are promptly reported to the maintenance staff electronically and taken care of promptly.

Customers who rent SunState Aviation’s IFR designated Technically Advanced Aircraft can always expect to have an IFR current GPS database.

Customer’s can expect to find SunState Aviation’s pilot shop clean and well stocked at all times. Returns and concerns will be handled promptly and professionally.

We do not add fuel surcharges or any other hidden charges to our aircraft rental rates (a 7% local sales tax is added to non-instructional aircraft rentals), nor do we falsely inflate our aircraft rental rates in order to offer "special cut-rate deals." Our rates are competitive and our block discounts are already as low as we can possibly go. Please do not ask us to depart from our published rates.
